Since 2010, PrECA has taken the leading role in consulting and outsourcing in the field of procurement. Today, we are entrusted to purchasing by the major Russian and international companies. The average expenditures for purchases of our clients amounts 2-3 billion rubles per year. Our team not only analyzes and makes recommendations on how to optimize procurement processes and reduce costs, but also implements projects aimed at achieving results – actual savings of millions of rubles.

We apply our own methodology for managing projects in procurement. We have developed standards for all procurement processes – templates of surveys for interviewing internal clients and vendors, proven methods of search, assessment and selection of suppliers, ready-made contracts for various categories in favor of clients.

We know how to build relationships between all stakeholders in a procurement process in order to achieve optimal result in the shortest possible time. In our work, we apply management models and standards adopted by Fortune Global 500 companies adapted for our clients. We are implementing software to automate procurement processes.
